Give your iPhone a new home. We buy iPhones from customers across the UK, with an estimated offer based on the model, storage and condition. Your final offer is confirmed after we fully test the device.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your phone
    Provide the model, storage, battery health and condition, plus your name, email and full UK postal address, including postcode. Disclose any damage, faults or SIM/network locks.

  2. Receive your prepaid label
    After reviewing your submission, we’ll email you a prepaid Royal Mail postage label and packing instructions. Please wait for your label before posting.

  3. We inspect your device
    We check the phone against your description and confirm the final offer. If the offer changes, we’ll explain why and ask you to accept it before payment.

  4. Receive payment
    Once you accept the final offer, we’ll pay by bank transfer or PayPal. For PayPal, you’ll need to provide your PayPal email address.

Choose your condition

Grade A
Fully functional, with battery health above 80% and no marks or scratches on the screen.

Grade B
Fully functional, with some screen scratches and a few dents or chips on the housing. Battery health of 80% or below is accepted.

Grade C
A cracked screen, back or camera lens, with the phone and cameras otherwise fully functional. Battery health of 80% or below is accepted.

Additional faults
Tell us about all additional issues, including faulty Face ID or Touch ID, screen black spots, black dots in camera images, camera faults and SIM/network locks. These can affect the value. Devices with additional faults receive a quote after full testing.

We do not accept iCloud-locked phones

Your device must be removed from your Apple Account, with Find My and Activation Lock switched off, before you send it. Never share your Apple Account password with us.

Before posting, back up your data, erase your personal information and remove your SIM card. Follow the packing instructions supplied with your label.

Read our condition grades

Grade A: Fully functional, battery health above 80%, with no marks or scratches on the screen.

Grade B: Fully functional, with some screen scratches and a few dents or chips on the housing. Lower battery health is accepted.

Grade C: Cracked screen, back or camera lens, but otherwise fully functional, including the cameras. Lower battery health is accepted.

Black dots in camera images, screen black spots, faulty Face ID or Touch ID and other functional faults need an individual quote after full testing. Disclose SIM/network locks and repairs too.
